I typically break my letters up into categories: plot, worldbuilding (for fantasy), and a section for each major character that dives into their development, motivations, and arcs. After you’ve read the notes, I offer a Zoom call to go over any questions that you have.

As a line editor, I leave comments in the margins of your manuscript, pointing out sentences that can be clearer, chapters where the pacing flags, instances where I’m confused, and more. I love to ask questions and encourage you to dig deeper into your characters and worldbuilding. After you’ve read the notes, I offer a Zoom call to go over any questions that you have.

Line editing is best for manuscripts that have already gone through at least two rounds of developmental editing.
